Corporate Governance Assistant - Hampshire

Excellent opportunity for a Corporate Governance Assistant to join a top-ranked law firm.

Our client is an award-winning, Legal 500 rated law firm with offices spread throughout the South East. They are currently looking for a Corporate Governance Assistant to join their office in Farnborough, Hampshire.

The role will involve directly communicating with clients and independently leading a wide range of corporate governance and company secretarial matters, whilst supporting the Legal Director and Senior Paralegal with complex matters. Duties will include:

  • Administering the firm's registered office and SAIL address services
  • Preparing and handling board meetings
  • Providing Corporate Governance advice for the incorporation of companies
  • Assisting with updating statutory registers and filing documents with Companies House
  • Supporting due diligence efforts and managing data rooms for corporate transactions
  • Conducting company and completion searches
  • Providing advice and support to property management companies, including assistance with handovers
  • Assisting with corporate governance tasks related to transactions like docusign, etc.


To be considered, you must have at least 5 years corporate governance and company secretarial experience.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £45,000 and an attractive benefits package. They also have free parking at the office.
