Job Description - Customer Services Support

Join Our Team - Where Technical Expertise Meets Outstanding Customer Care

We're looking for a proactive, technically minded After-Sales Associate with hands-on experience in plumbing and bathroom products to join our growing team. If you enjoy solving problems, supporting customers, and working with high-quality products in the plumbing and bathroom sector, this could be the perfect next step in your career.

This is a dynamic role combining 70% customer service and 30% technical support, ideal for someone who thrives in both problem-solving and customer-facing environments.

The Role

As our After-Sales Associate, you'll be the go-to expert once a product has been delivered. You'll ensure our customers receive fast, effective support while helping maintain the high standards our brand is known for.

đź”§ Customer Support & Service Management

Act as the primary point of contact for after-sales enquiries.
Manage service requests, complaints, and technical queries via phone and email.
Deliver timely and professional resolutions.
Build strong, lasting customer relationships that drive satisfaction and loyalty.

đź›  Technical Support & Troubleshooting

Diagnose and resolve plumbing and bathroom-related technical issues.
Provide clear remote guidance on installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Apply structured problem-solving techniques, including Root Cause Analysis.

📦 Spare Parts & Service Coordination

Liaise with warehouse teams to arrange replacement parts.
Maintain accurate spare parts records and service documentation.

📊 Documentation & Reporting

Process service orders on the ERP system, ensuring accurate sales/purchase order tracking.
Produce service performance and product reports.
Identify trends and recurring issues to support continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

Essential Technical Knowledge

Proven experience in plumbing and bathroom products (essential).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Strong understanding of safety standards.
Experience with Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Experience

2-5 years in after-sales, service engineering, or a technical support role.
Experience in a customer-facing technical environment.

Key Skills

Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic ability.
Clear and confident communication skills.
Strong customer-focused mindset.
Well-organised with effective time management.
Ability to write clear technical reports.
Willingness to travel for site support when required.
