Director of Quantity Surveying

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful Director of Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for (but not limited to):

1. Maintaining existing relationships within the Quantity Surveying arena ensuring a steady flow of repeat business.


2. Establish new clients.


3. Pre and Post Contract duties as a Quantity Surveyor.


4. Build and develop a team of Quantity Surveyors from assistant to senior.

REQUIREMENTS

The Director level Quantity Surveyor needs to have experience of managing a range of projects. A mix of public and private would be beneficial:

1. Strong Consultancy experience.


2. Chartership through RICS would be ideal but not essential.


3. Construction related degree.


4. Demonstrable experience in managing a team.


5. Good connections within QS work in London.
