Our client is a high-profile, global events company working in the sustainability sector. They are seeking a temporary candidate who can start immediately with experience in events to work as Guestlist Coordinator assisting their event management. As well as a supportive working environment, they offer hybrid working from their London office.
Please note that this is a temporary role mid-September until mid-November 2024.
This role presents a wonderful opportunity to support a high-profile events team in the delivery of their exciting programme of events. As Guestlist Coordinator, you will play an essential role in the team, managing multiple guestlists and ensuring a streamlined level of communication with their guests and internal stakeholders. You will also be responsible for supporting the events team with administrative duties in order to seamlessly deliver memorable events. In this role, you will utilise your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with teams, reporting directly to the Events Manager. This would also suit a candidate with an interest in climate change or sustainability.
