Aquent is working with our entertainment client to find talented and experienced Midweight and Senior Digital Advertising Designers to join their talent pool and work on some of their most exciting campaigns. You will be required to provide design for integrated advertising ideas and execute them as part of the campaigns team. For this particular role, our client is looking for Digital and Social design experts who can have a digital-first approach to a brief and experience in putting together campaign design where digital is at the forefront and tying the whole campaign together.

There is a 6-month initial booking scheduled to start ASAP. You will also be onboarded onto our client’s talent pool for 12 months. Our client operates on a hybrid model where you will be required to work from their West London campus 3 days a week, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Wednesdays and Fridays can be worked remotely from home. The role offers a rate of up to £637.75 per day which will have to be through an FSCA Umbrella company from our PSL.

What you’ll do:
Develop award-winning (new and unique) campaign design that pushes the brand forward and where digital is absolutely core to the execution
Provide effective idea-led digital design solutions
Ensure the highest standards of design are maintained at all times
Have a flair for design, strong typographic skills and an eye for detail
Have a positive attitude, a love of problem-solving and a desire to find solutions
Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to the Masterbrand values
Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation across multiple projects

What you’ll bring:
A history of creating designs for outstanding advertising and TTL campaigns where the idea is key
Experience working across brands of note including main sporting brands; brands that create bespoke wide-reaching 360 campaigns
Ideally, experience working in a well-respected digital design agency in London
Have created or evolved campaign brand identities across large or small campaigns
Proven excellence in creative origination and execution across digital and social
Proven experience across multiple brands
Excellent design – both conceptual and executional
A comprehensive ability across Adobe suite (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & InDesign) and Figma
Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive pragmatic way
Problem-solving with high levels of personal motivation
Proven ability to collaborate and work with wider departments and third parties
Natural team player
Motion skills are a plus but not essential
