Working within the Management Systems and Audit team, you\u2019ll collaborate with colleagues across the business to help maintain our ISO accreditations and support the continual improvement of our processes, practices, and performance.\n\nYour work will directly enable our teams to deliver critical defence and security programmes with confidence, precision, and excellence.\n\nWhat you\u2019ll be doing\n\n\u2022 Supporting the development, implementation and maintenance of our Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring alignment to ISO 9001, 27001, 20000\u20111 and 14001. \n\u2022 Evaluating existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement. \n\u2022 Partnering with process owners to update, create and review process documentation and ensure robust configuration control. \n\u2022 Supporting management reviews through data analysis, reporting, scheduling and action tracking. \n\u2022 Preparing for and supporting internal, external and corporate audit activities. \n\u2022 Publishing and managing IMS documents in SharePoint and promoting awareness and training across the business.\n\nWhat we\u2019re looking for\n\nEssential:\n\n \n\u2022 Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000 and ISO 14001. \n\u2022 Experience developing, implementing or maintaining compliant management systems. \n\u2022 Experience managing process documentation libraries and configuration control. \n\u2022 Proven ability to lead or support process improvement initiatives. \n\u2022 Ability to build positive, effective relationships across cross\u2011functional teams.\n\nDesirable:\n\n \n\u2022 Experience with ISO 45001, 44001, 31001 or 22301. \n\u2022 Process mapping (UPN or similar). \n\u2022 Programme delivery knowledge. \n\u2022 SharePoint, MS Office and Visio skills.\n\nIf you don\u2019t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
