Role Overview

This role supports daily business operations, mainly focused on financial processes, automation, and data management . It suits someone detail-oriented with experience in financial operations (ETPs or crypto preferred) and strong technical skills.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations

Process trade settlements (crypto & traditional assets)

Calculate NAV (Net Asset Value) and PCF (Portfolio Composition Files)

Share reports with internal/external stakeholders

Update company website with product data

2. Reconciliations & Controls

Weekly reconciliation with fund administrator

Monthly reporting of fees, revenue, and P&L

3. Product & Index Support

Assist with index rebalancing

Support product launches and exchange listings

4. Reporting & Communication

Prepare reports and resolve operational issues

Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and exchanges

5. Process Improvement

Automate daily tasks

Improve workflows and efficiency

Requirements

Degree in Finance/Economics/Business (or similar)

2–4 years in financial operations

Knowledge of ETPs, NAV, and fund operations

Strong Excel skills + experience with APIs, SFTP, macros

Detail-oriented, organized, and problem-solving mindset

Good communication skills

Crypto knowledge + extra language (German/Italian) = bonus
