Our client is seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to join their team, playing a key role in shaping the company's future. As a seasoned leader, you will oversee performance, compliance, and daily operations across multiple sites from a central location.

The role involves driving business growth, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will be vital in implementing best practices, staff development, and strategic improvements.

Skills and experience required

• Proven experience managing operations across multiple sites
• Valid SIA licence (Non-Frontline or Frontline accepted)
• Clean UK driving licence
• Strong understanding of health & safety, risk assessments, and SOP creation
• Experience with HR processes and disciplinary procedures
• Solid leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SIA, ICO, ACS)
• Experience in training and staff development
• Excellent communication, organisation, and decision-making skills
