Working Days: Mon-Fri
Working Hours: Flexible e.g., 08.30-16.30, with 30-mins for lunch

Salary: Negotiable

Duties include:

1. Chronic Disease Management (CDM) - COPD, Asthma, Diabetes (a priority)


2. Cytology (a priority)


3. Childhood immunizations (a priority)

Clinic Structure:

• 10-min for general appointments


• 20-min appointments for baby immunizations


• 30-min appointments for Long-Term Conditions (LTCs)

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom


• Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)


• Member of the Royal College of Nursing (RCN)


• DBS Check


• Immunisations History


• NHS smartcard (desirable)

Training Updates and CPD:

• Cytology Updates


• Childhood Immunizations Updates


• Vaccination Updates


• Any other mandatory training (e.g., Safeguarding, Basic Life Support)
