Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor

Our client, a successful and expanding retail business based in Cheltenham, is currently seeking a Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover contract. The successful Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor should have:

Previous experience within a retail, showroom, customer service or sales environment
A proactive and customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service
Strong communication skills and the confidence to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike
Experience supporting, mentoring or coordinating a small team within a busy customer-facing setting
Good organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
In this role, the Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor will be responsible for:

Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the showroom and customer service function
Providing expert guidance and assistance to customers, helping them make informed purchasing decisions
Coordinating customer orders, appointments, deliveries and follow-up communications
Assisting with team scheduling, coaching and performance support to ensure excellent service standards
Maintaining an attractive showroom environment and ensuring company procedures are followed consistently
Our client is offering the successful Sales & Customer Operations Supervisor an hourly rate of approximately £13.82 per hour, plus benefits including staff discounts, holiday allowance and the opportunity to work within a supportive and established retail environment. Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, 9:30am – 5:30pm, with a weekday off when working Saturdays.
