Job Description - Administrative Coordinator - Work from home

Job Description:

Dover is seeking a motivated and resourceful Administrative Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home in London, England, UK. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to be part of a global company that values collaboration and innovation.

Responsibilities: - Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements - Assist with document preparation, data entry, and file maintenance - Respond to inquiries and correspondence via phone, email, and mail - Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives - Help maintain and update databases and records - Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
