Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: Lowe’s Contact Center Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with their inquiries, orders, or issues.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to emails and chats in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order status - Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy - Escalate complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics - Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Dedication to providing outstanding customer service - Motivated to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
