Vacation Booking Specialist

Job Description: 

As a Remote Vacation Booking Specialist, you will assist clients in planning and booking their dream vacations. You will be responsible for creating personalized travel itineraries, handling bookings, and ensuring all travel arrangements are seamlessly executed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
• Research and recommend vacation packages, flights, accommodations, and activities.
• Make bookings for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel-related services.
• Provide clients with detailed travel itineraries and relevant documentation.
• Stay updated on travel trends, destination information, and travel regulations.
• Resolve client inquiries and address issues that may arise before, during, or after travel.
• Maintain accurate records of client preferences, bookings, and payments.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in travel booking, customer service, or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
