Responsibilities: Support Digital Marketing Lead in creating strategies for campaigns and company initiatives Request copy and visual assets to support digital marketing campaigns Coordinate digital marketing campaigns and other projects, working closely with copy and creative teams Build emails using a template tool, setup, test and schedule campaigns Organize and maintain campaign lists, recurring campaigns and life-cycle flows for email, SMS and Push Notifications Update and maintain documentation for best practices Act as an administrator for marketing automation tools Collect and assess campaign data as needed Collaborate with IT on enhancements to digital marketing tools and systems Maintain product and content tags, optimize for personalization across channels Build quizzes and other interactive experiences using the tools available and content from key stakeholders Support launches by sending/publishing assets and testing/validating

Researching, analyzing, and evaluating new tools, service delivery methods and techniques. Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with other division staff, management and vendors Applying problem solving techniques.
