Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Associate Recruiter to support and scale our emerging talent strategy. This role goes beyond coordination—owning full-cycle recruiting while co-leading key programs that build our future workforce.

This position will support our Emerging Talent team.  It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week.  The ideal candidate will be based out of Dallas, TX.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for technical and corporate function roles


• Drive hiring outcomes and pipeline quality, moving beyond scheduling and coordination


• Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers, aligning talent strategy to business needs


• Travel to campuses, conferences, and recruiting events to engage and assess top talent from universities, technical colleges, and high schools


• Evaluate candidates against real business needs and role requirements


• Co-manage Summer Internship and Return-to-Work programs


• Support end-to-end program execution, including onboarding, curriculum development, and overall experience design


• Partner cross-functionally to deliver a high-impact, consistent candidate and intern experience

Education & Experience

• 3+ years of experience working within a talent acquisition team, providing recruiting support and engaging directly with candidates


• Experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally in early career or high-volume environments


• Exposure to program management or interest in building talent programs


• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills


• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment


• Willingness to travel for recruiting up to 30%
