Job Description:

C2 Labs is seeking a highly experienced and motivated FedRAMP PMO Lead to oversee all FedRAMP (Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program) activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with CMS (Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services) stakeholders and managing reporting and KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking. This leadership role demands a deep understanding of FedRAMP requirements and a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of FedRAMP compliance efforts, from initial assessment to ongoing maintenance.


• Coordinate with CMS stakeholders to ensure alignment with their requirements and expectations.


• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for FedRAMP initiatives.


• Manage reporting requirements, including developing and tracking KPIs.


• Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.


• Ensure that all FedRAMP documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.


• Identify and mitigate risks related to FedRAMP compliance.


• Stay abreast of changes to FedRAMP requirements and guidance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree


• 8+ years of experience in information security, with a focus on FedRAMP compliance.


• CISSP, CISM, or CGRC certification required.


• In-depth knowledge of FedRAMP requirements and processes.


• Experience working with CMS or other government agencies.


• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead teams.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
