Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, is looking for a Food & Beverage Coordinator who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. This position has the opportunity to shape employee experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned hotels. The Food & Beverage Administrative Assistant reports to the Director of Food & Beverage. Work authorization for the location is required.

Responsibilities

The Food & Beverage Coordinator provides support and clerical expertise to the Food & Beverage Division and responds to inquiries in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to achieve maximum employee satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies. Works quickly in a fast-paced environment and has the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

• Type correspondence, reports, composition of letters, and memorandums; open, examine, sort incoming mail and when appropriate gather information necessary for response; take and distribute departmental and divisional meeting minutes.
• Maintain files, schedules, and calendars for management members of the Food & Beverage Division; coordinate, set, and confirm interviews and appointments.
• Assist in completing special projects which may include mailings, competitive surveys, menus, or other assigned duties; maintain and order office supplies.
• Maintain policy and standard manuals; update and distribute as necessary.
• Assist with creating schedules for the restaurants.
• Assist with all employee administrative tasks.
• Adhere to all meal and rest break policies and procedures.
• Create payroll packages for the F&B Division.
• Comply with Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

We are looking for individuals who have a passion for customer service. Requires ability to operate computer equipment and computer systems. Previous experience of 1 year preferred. Previous union experience desired. Applicants are required to have high analytical and organizational skills. Speaking, writing, and reading English is required. This position requires an applicant with a flexible schedule and the ability to work different shifts and some weekends and holidays.

Hourly Rate: $30.37
