Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and a passion for problem-solving. As an IT Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing technology solutions to enhance our business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze, and solve complex business problems through technology solutions

- Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements

- Design, develop, and implement new technology solutions to meet business needs

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and training materials

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to ensure our company remains competitive and efficient

- Train and support end-users on new technology solutions and processes

- Monitor and report on system performance and make recommendations for improvements

- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in information technology, preferably in a business or corporate setting

- Strong technical skills and experience with various software and hardware systems

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

- Proven experience in project management and delivering technology solutions on time and within budget

- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

- Knowledge of network and security protocols

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Relevant certifications (e.g. CompTIA A+, CCNA) are a plus
