Lead C++ Core Infrastructure Engineer

Role Description: We are seeking a talented C++ Software Engineer to join our Core Infrastructure team focused on high-frequency trading. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing low-latency trading systems and infrastructure components critical to our trading operations. You will work closely with traders, quantitative researchers, and other engineering teams to build robust, scalable, and highly performant software solutions that drive our trading strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement high-performance C++ software components for low-latency trading systems.
• Optimize code for speed, memory usage, and reliability to achieve ultra-low latency execution.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure tools and libraries used by trading algorithms and strategies.
• Collaborate with quantitative researchers and traders to understand requirements and implement trading strategies efficiently.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on C++ programming.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience developing low-latency, high-throughput software systems for financial trading or similar real-time applications.
• Proficiency in multi-threading, concurrency, and parallel processing techniques.
