Job Summary:
The Mitigation Field Supervisor oversees field operations for water, fire, and mold projects, handling job scoping, crew coordination, and documentation. This role requires strong problem-solving, customer communication, and the ability to work with insurance adjusters. Candidates must be IICRC-certified (Water, Mold, Fire) and proficient with DASH, MIC, and Xactimate. Responsibilities also include equipment tracking and vehicle upkeep.
