Mosaic's Central Service Center (CSC) is currently seeking an Order Puller to join our growing team. The Order Fulfillment Position will be responsible for pulling and processing all orders and deliveries. This position will also maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall operations of the CSC. Additionally, the Order Puller will be expected to safely operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse devices. Only candidates who have past experience working within a warehouse environment and those who possess the ability to be friendly and respectful will be considered.

Please note - this position will require repeated heavy lifting throughout the workday, with most products exceeding 70+ pounds.

This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Pick, pack, and verify outgoing shipments for accuracy.
• Operate order fulfillment equipment, including reach trucks and forklifts.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards across all work areas.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth operations.

Interested candidates should possess the following attributes:

• Previous order fulfillment experience is required
• Professional, outgoing, and friendly personality
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs. regularly throughout the day
• Customer service-oriented attitude
• Self-directed, highly motivated

• Strong work ethic
• Desire to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Specific Skills/Knowledge required include:

• Stand-up reach truck experience required
• Order pulling experience required
• Ability to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills
• Intermediate level typing/computer skills preferred
