Why This Role Matters

We’re looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end design process - from problem discovery to polished UI. You’ll work directly with the CEO and engineering team to turn complex workflows into intuitive, high-leverage tools. This is an opportunity to shape the product and design culture at a company solving a massive, underserved problem.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design for core product initiatives across our capture, proposal and contract clouds

• Collaborate with engineering to define scope, user flows, and UX patterns

• Build and maintain a design system that balances speed with scalability

• Conduct user research with government contractors to validate assumptions and refine solutions

• Translate ambiguous problems into structured, elegant and simple interfaces

• Ship fast, iterate based on feedback, and own outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience designing B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products

• Strong portfolio showing UX thinking, systems design, and visual polish

• Comfortable working in Figma and collaborating closely with engineers

• Bias toward action and clarity - can make decisions with incomplete information

• Experience in early-to-mid stage startups

• Bonus: familiarity with govtech, compliance, or AI/ML interfaces (not required)
