Production Designer

Haus is seeking a detail-oriented Production Designer to join our Los Angeles team. In this role, you will be responsible for adapting and preparing creative assets across digital formats, maintaining file integrity, and ensuring every deliverable meets the highest standards before going out the door. The ideal candidate is precise, efficient, and takes genuine pride in the craft of execution.

What you'll do:

• Adapt and resize creative assets across digital formats and specifications — social, display, web, and more
• Maintain and organize design files in Figma with precision and consistency
• Work closely with Art Directors and Senior Designers to ensure final deliverables match the creative intent
• Handle retouching, compositing, and image prep in Photoshop as needed
• Support light animation and motion asset adaptation when required
• Flag issues, catch inconsistencies, and be the last line of quality control before work goes out the door

What you'll bring:

• 2+ years of production design or design operations experience
• High proficiency in Figma
• Strong Photoshop skills for retouching, compositing, and asset prep
• Meticulous attention to detail and a systematic approach to file organization
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
• Light motion/animation experience a plus

The estimated compensation for this position is $70k-$80k per year, plus a 401k, medical, dental, vision, life and optional benefits, paid time off, fun events and more.
