This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Remote IT and Systems Manager. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing the technological, systems, and cyber security strategies for the organization. The ideal candidate should provide excellent customer service and have experience in systems administration, with previous knowledge of core systems. The Manager will have a unique client-facing aspect to their role, supporting the initiatives of partners and focus on mission-driven projects. A collaborative and problem-solving mindset will be essential to improve and iterate processes within a nimble and innovative environment.
Accountabilities
- Manage execution of Microsoft 365 initiatives, including Entra, SharePoint, OneDrive, and security controls
- Support NetSuite implementation and post-go-live stabilization
- Collaborate with teams to optimize existing workflows in systems like Monday.com and HubSpot
- Implement and manage security enhancements in partnership with the MSP
- Deliver reliable IT services including onboarding and offboarding coordination
- Manage relations with SaaS vendors and service providers
- Coordinate and maintain necessary integrations and device procurement
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and security frameworks
- Proven ability to manage vendors and IT service providers
- Deep dedication to the mission and goals of the organization
- Experience in nonprofit or mission-driven environments
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across various teams
- Experience in IT operations, systems administration, or IT management
