We are looking for a Senior Performance Creative (Video/UGC) to become the engine behind Zoeâs creative performance. This isn't just a role for someone who can edit; we need a creative powerhouse who understands the "why" behind a conversion. You will own the end-to-end production of User Generated Content (UGC) ads, from remixing raw assets to pioneering new workflows that allow us to out-pace the market. Youâll be expected to work with high autonomy, steering our creative strategy and constantly iterating based on performance data.
You will join a fast-paced, growth-oriented creative squad. Youâll report directly to our Head of Creative and work hand-in-hand with our User Acquisition (UA) Managers. This is a highly collaborative partnership: the UA team provides the data and the scale, and you provide the high-velocity creative fuel that makes those campaigns successful.
High-Velocity Production: Produce and remix a high volume of UGC video assets tailored for Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.
Creative Strategy: Act as a strategic partner to the UA team, acting on creative data to brainstorm and execute winning hooks, transitions, and narratives.
Build scalable workflows using templating, modular editing, and AI-assisted tools to increase creative velocity.
Test & Learn: Own the iteration process. You wonât just make one video; youâll create 10 variations to test what resonates best with our audience.
Asset Management: Manage relationships with UGC creators, providing clear briefs and feedback to ensure the raw footage you receive is top-tier.
Proven Track Record: Extensive experience producing high-performing paid social ads (Meta, TikTok, etc.), specifically within the UGC space.
The "Growth" Mindset: You don't just follow a brief; you collaborate with UA managers, ask why a video failed, and pivot quickly.
Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and a deep curiosity for AI-assisted video production (e.g., Arcads, ElevenLabs, or automated captioning tools).
Autonomy: You are a self-starter who can own a creative production from ideation to delivery.
Speed & Quality: Youâre able to work at speed and deliver quality quickly â you have a sense of urgency and what âgood enoughâ looks like.
Portfiolio: Paid social video work that demonstrates performance thinking, testing, and iteration across channels.
Creative mind and storytelling skills: You can turn raw UGC into clear, engaging stories with strong hooks, smart pacing, and an instinct for what works on social.
Finger on the pulse: Youâre tuned into culture and social trends, with a sharp instinct for what feels current and relevant for our audience.
