Summary:
The Shop Admin is responsible for execution of all proper procedures and paperwork for the shop in order to repair all trailers and tractors per company standards for quality control. The Biller is also required to provide quality customer service at all times. The Shop Admin is accountable for proper completion of all repair orders. This role is expected to adhere to and comply with all company policies and procedures as well as follow all safety and environmental policies. This role calls for a high degree of professionalism and requires that the employee maintain strict confidentiality as it relates to employee and contractor information. The Biller will be accountable for all duties as instructed by the Shop Manager/Operations Manager.
