Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain Google Business Profiles, including uploading and organizing photos.
Spot-check business phone numbers by conducting online searches and verifying contact information across multiple platforms.
Capture and edit videos on a mobile phone for social media content (no complex editing required).
Respond to online reviews using AI tools like ChatGPT.
Monitor and engage with social media platforms to ensure customer satisfaction and brand presence.
Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of social media platforms and Google Business Profiles.
Ability to capture and edit simple videos on a mobile device.
Strong communication skills, especially in written form.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT.
