Description

Serve as the second-floor receptionist, greeting visitors and employees.
Manage calendars, call directories, and other administrative tasks using Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Assist with handling minor expenses for Marc Harding, Head of Office Management.
Create a friendly and professional environment for all employees and visitors.

Profile

Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
