The Staff Pad has partnered with a dynamic organization to identify an experienced Trade Marketing Manager specializing in revenue growth to lead trade marketing efforts across travel retail and the LATAM region. This role is instrumental in driving market presence and revenue through strategic initiatives and requires travel (30%).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop trade marketing strategies to drive revenue growth in travel retail and LATAM.
  
• Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors to optimize performance.
  

In-Store Execution & Planning:

• Design effective planograms, optimize product placement, and support visual merchandising.
  
• Lead the creation of in-store displays and promotional materials to enhance brand visibility.
  

Revenue Optimization & Analytics:

• Monitor trade marketing campaign performance and report on ROI.
  
• Leverage analytics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for growth.
  

Stakeholder Relationships:

• Build and maintain partnerships with distributors, retailers, and stakeholders.
  
• Negotiate agreements, collect A&P funds, and ensure contract compliance.
  

Inventory & Project Management:

• Oversee inventory and timely delivery of visual merchandising materials.
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to maintain optimal stock levels.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales, or related roles with a focus on revenue growth.
  
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to travel (30%).
  
• Technical expertise in tools like Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and strategy development.
