Our team of professionalsprovide guest service, event security, and 24/7 security personnelto stadiums, arenas, convention centers and other event locationsnationwide. We're currently searching for professional, servicefocused individuals who are looking for supplemental income with aflexible schedule to join our team as Event Security! Some OpenPositions and Responsibilities Include: * Gate Security: *Personnel placed at the gate entrances to enforce the securityregulations of the facility. This position may include bagcheckers, magnetometer operators (contraband enforcement), andsecondary perimeter staff (greeter/policy enforcement). * CrowdManagement: * Personnel placed throughout the facility to ensure asecure and fun environment for the guests attending. Our CrowdControl personnel are focused on addressing issues that may disruptenjoyment of the event * Field Security (limited positions): *Sideline personnel around the field to ensure a secure playingsurface * Access Control Points (limited positions): * Personnel inentry ways for clubs/suites/locker rooms to verify propercredentials/tickets to specific area Basic Qualifications: * Youhave a flexible schedule which could accommodate shifts throughoutthe day and evening. We have a variety of shifts on weekdays andweekends * You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have strong,clear communication skills * You are a team player, quick thinkerwith the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly * You havethe ability to stand for extended periods, sometimes throughout anentire event (notify us of reasonable accommodations) and you arecomfortable working outside in all weather conditions * You are atleast 18 years old and able to pass a criminal background screeningconducted through the state and/or federal government * You arewilling to consent to a drug screen * You currently possess or arewilling to obtain a security license Preferred Qualifications: *Previous customer service experience * Have experience in the eventor security industry * A portion of our positions are ideal forthose majoring or have a degree in Criminal Justice, LawEnforcement, First Responder or anyone with military experience *Are a first responder or former, transitioning and active military* Sports fan!
