Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at World Fuel Services in Charlotte, North Carolina. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and drive traffic to our website. This is a part-time, entry-level position with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to create social media campaigns that align with company goals and objectives - Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely and professional manner - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Build and maintain relationships with influencers to amplify our brand reach - Manage social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and drive traffic to our website

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management or a related field - Reliable and energetic with a passion for social media marketing - Excellent teamwork and persuasion skills - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
