Job Description - Compliance Admin

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Compliance Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support, including performing administrative and notary services (once certified) once a week on-site in Miami, FL. Notary certification is preferred and training/fees will be provided for. The remainder of the workweek will focus on assisting our compliance team with various duties related to cryptocurrency regulations and fintech compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide on-site administrative support one day per week, including performing notary services. (Training and Cerification Assistance provided)
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and filing of compliance-related documents.
  • Monitor and update compliance records to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes in the fintech and cryptocurrency sectors and assist in communicating these updates to relevant teams.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure company-wide compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Notary Public certification in the state of Florida (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance management software.

Location Requirements:

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami, FL.
  • On-site presence is required one day per week for administrative and notary services.

Hours:

  • Part-time position, approximately 10-20 hours per week.

Compensation:

  • Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
