A. POSITION SUMMARY
To achieve personal sales targets by cross selling and serving all equipment product range to area assigned, except for key client accounts using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to convince customers in assigned areas and assist them in applying the products/solutions to their needs resulting in revenue generation.
B. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the meeting of sales quota goals and the generation of revenue developing and delivering sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner by:

Monitoring, analyzing, & communicating monthly sales data to contribute to product/service planning via monthly sales report.

Maintaining a working knowledge of Products & Solutions
Articulate/ present/ emphasize sellable features of all standard equipment 
Working with a wide variety of individuals at customer levels ranging from Managing Directors to service technicians 
High pressure, constantly changing environment 
Tracking rapidly changing competition & market forces 
Meeting established sales goals and quotas 
Selling "solutions and concepts" to equipment and industry customers 
Maintain and enhance customers’ satisfaction
Travel: on average 2 - 3 visits per day.

F. OTHER INFORMATION
Min Degree education in Engineering or related technical field and preferably 3-5 years of field sales experience for Sales Engineer/ Sales Executive (Machinery Equipment) position.
2. Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Ability:
Sales skills: pre-sales, sales and post sales techniques
Marketing and market planning knowledge 
In-depth knowledge of target market industries 
Class A1 driving license and/ or possess a motor cycle
Excellent customer relations skills 
Friendly and sincere 
Able to work without direct supervision 
Neat, hygienic and professional appearance 
Excellent verbal, presentation and written communication skills 
Demonstrates effective negotiation and closing techniques 
Works well in a team environment
