Job Description This role is responsible for leading the Automotive market segment sales team and developing business strategies for this field nationwide. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets. Main Responsibilities: Develop and execute business strategies: Work with the Sales & Marketing team to generate business strategies appropriate to the Automotive (OEM & OES) market fields. Develop and review sales and technical plans for the market segment. Develop and execute programs and activities to drive the market and expand customer base and volume. Lead and manage the sales team: Provide leadership and coaching to the sales team, including hiring, talent development, training, and retention. Set clear goals and objectives for the team and hold them accountable for achieving results. Build a strong team culture and environment based on trust, respect, and collaboration. Develop and manage customer relationships: Identify new market segments and target customers. Develop and maintain close relationships with key customers. Provide technical support to customers at a high level. Collect updated product information from the market and sales to develop products accordingly. Achieve sales targets: Manage the overall turnover target for the Automotive market segment. Develop plans for future growth in the market segment. Regularly review progress against targets and develop plans to address deviations. Other responsibilities: Work with Product Line Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to approach new projects. Provide input on required sub-regional resources to ensure target achievement. Develop and maintain Environmental – Safety – Health policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the TM Industry Manager. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Automotive, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Material, Chemical Engineering, or relevant field. Master's degree in Engineering is a plus. 10 years of experience in relevant/similar business. Strong analytical, business sense, and problem-solving skills. Good coordination and interpersonal, presentation skills. Fluency in English and strong computer skills. Data Analysis Skill (Microsoft Power BI, Python) is a plus. The specific job level, either Manager or Supervisor, will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
