Job Description ACG_1741_JOB Our client is a proptech company in Vietnam who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm: Create and share the companys strategic plan, including KPIs and MWBs. Organize the procedure in accordance with departmental goals, objectives, and strategies. Communicate with group management to implement a group plan. Create and carry out a budget and yearly or periodic action plan for buying, hiring, and operations. Oversee and direct the BD team and its culture. Create performance metrics, put them into practice, and assess employee performance. Oversee the hiring, placing, and staffing of direct reports and employees. Encourage a customer-focused and service-oriented culture across the company. Create and keep an eye on the department budget. Create and implement a plan or strategy for sales and marketing. Direct lead creation efforts Reach out to prospective customers via prearranged channels Negotiate and conclude client contracts; provide guidance to business development executives throughout the onboarding process. Create and carry out major account strategies. Establish and manage a CRM system. Respond to customer problems. Prepare the contracts and have them signed. Assist finance in pursuing and collecting past-due payments. Gather information, evaluate it for volume forecasts and budgets, and coordinate with relevant departments to plan operations and resources. Arrange and manage the sales information and data system (online sales records, contracts, and files). Other tasks will be assigned by line manager. Requirements Bachelor’s degree. At least 5+ years’ experience in sales. Thorough knowledge of, or willingness to learn about, customers, products, trends, pricing, and distribution networks. Proven record of success in exceeding sales and profit plan goals. Experience developing and accomplishing sales and marketing objectives. Ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Demonstrated strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain cooperative, diplomatic working relationships at all levels of the company. Work independently and collaborate as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
