WHAT YOU DO
The Admin & HR Supervisor will be responsible for a broad range of Admin & HR functions including Admin, compensation & benefit, training & development, engagement to ensure all the activities are run well and aligned with the Company’s policies and laws.
Supervising administrative affair arrangement including: Accommodate, air ticket, stationery, drinking water, technical equipment, visa card, work permit, resident card,…to ensure good performance & availability;
Supporting & monitoring to organize internal/external events are run well and in budget;
Monitoring inputting employee profile to make sure it’s updated in timeline and without mistake;
Overseeing updating information on timesheet and calculating payroll ensure accurately, in compliance with laws and meet deadline;
Checking social insurance and tax payments and reports in compliance with government/legal requirements;
Checking annual tax finalization for the employees;
Suggesting benefits to engage the employees with the Company and compete with outsides;
Proposing policies and regulations effectively and according to the laws;
Deploying orientation training for new employees timely and in professional manner;
Summarizing and analyzing training need (TNA), evaluate training programs;
Providing learning and development program operation;
Solving employee relation issues to employees at low & medium positions;
Reporting and take ad-hoc tasks assigned by Admin & HR Manager.

Female, 30 – 35 years old and graduated from college at least
Have 5+ year experience in general HR function, special in Engagement and C&B;
Good English and Ms Excel skills are must;
Careful, dynamic & proactive personalities;
Good communication, negotiation & training skills are required.
Work location: Nha Be, HCMC (500 meters away from Nguyen Huu Tho & Nguyen Van Linh)
