Job Description - Administrative Coordindator for Glitch

Note: This job post is for a role in one of LunaEdge's subsidiary companies and our affiliate, GlitchD Labs.

At GlitchD Labs, we're on a mission to expand the adoption and application of blockchain technology through our flagship products, the GlitchD ZkEVM, GlitchD DA and GlitchD CDK. Designed to build a network of interconnected high performance blockchains (hyperchains) through innovating on the scalability, privacy, and interoperability for dApps through cutting edge infrastructure and management tools.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure our operations run smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, managing and maintaining office space organization, and facilitating communication across departments and suppliers.

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Coordinate travel arrangements for team members and assist with other administrative tasks
  • Documentation: Record and track office budgets, ensuring all expenses are accounted for and align with financial goals
  • Office Management: Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring the workplace remains functional, efficient, and secured. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted operations
  • Event Planning: Help organize company events, meetings, or training sessions, including logistics and preparation of materials.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and implement solutions.
  • Guests Reception: Ensure all office visitors are warmly welcomed, logged in, and directed appropriately.
  • Delivery Coordination: Handle and log incoming and outgoing office deliveries, ensuring accurate tracking and timely distribution
  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role (2+ years preferred).
  • Experience in managing an office space
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
