A/ Purpose of position:

The job holder is accountable for key tasks as follows:
- Managing and developing customers by building strategy by key channels, including reviewing potential coverage; defining service model by types of customers
- Building sustainable relationship with key customers
- Building the brand equity aligned with company strategy
B/ Responsibilities
1- Planning
- Collaborate with team in planning, organize and monitor the implementation of sales strategies and operational plans including distribution, visibility, trade promotions (loyalty, samplings, promotions, etc.).
- Generate insights for the assigned customer/channels (store layout, traffic)
- Develop a Customers-focused approach by defining service model by types of customers (e.g. B2C (service firms, manufactures), identifying key categories to focus on each customer
- Define productivity KPIs of sales team; P&L by distributors and total channel
- Work with team to identify execution plan to deploy in a timely basic
2- Customer Management
- Build and maintain good relationship with Key Customers in New Channel, review customer profile to understand customer insight / needs.
- Join quarterly visit with key customers to review and revise business plan, and collaborate with sales team to deliver sale target on quarter and annual basis
- Lead discussions on trade term & commercial contract with customer by negotiating the trade terms, trade funding according to the customer strategy
- Implement co-marketing activities with customer based on agreed plan,
- Own listing & New product development (NPD) campaign to deliver successful plan to customer
- Monitor Customer Performance by tracking key customers’ contribution for the major categories
3- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Category Planning & Activation for the category input, and with marketing for the customer/ channel plan
- Work closely with RTM team to build up strategic plan for channel
- Exploring customer business opportunities and engaging with Marketing plan to tie up brand activities into customer theme based promotion to achieve the best business results.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University Degree with Marketing/Business background is an advantage
- FMCG field experience with at least 3 years in the OOH channel
- Category Management, OOH / Organized B2B Industry experience is a plus
- Have strong logical thinking mindset, good relationship management skills
