Business Development Specialist (NFT Marketplace)

Dagora is a cutting-edge NFT marketplace designed to empower creators, artists, and brands by providing an innovative platform for digital collectibles, fan engagement, and monetization. We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to expand our network of artists, brands, and talent agencies! Join us to bring artists closer to their fans through NFTs, exclusive fan experiences, and digital collectibles. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and onboard artists, brands, and talent agencies to collaborate on NFT projects.


• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive adoption and engagement.


• Work closely with creators to design unique NFT campaigns, including Super Fan Cards, exclusive collectibles, and event-based activations.


• Negotiate deals, manage contracts, and ensure seamless execution of partnerships.


• Stay up-to-date with Web3 trends and educate Web2 artists/brands on new opportunities in the digital space.

REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within talent agencies, entertainment, or branding.


• Strong network in the music, entertainment, or creative industries.


• Passion for NFTs, digital art, and emerging Web3 opportunities (no prior blockchain experience required but is a plus).


• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.


• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
