Clinic Sales Manager (for Medical Service)

 Perform all sales consultations and educate clients on clinic’s services
 
 Contact potential customers, identifying their needs, persuading them using the clinic’s services
 
 Actively seek client referrals and reviews, promote and recommend additional packages
 
 Arrange appointments with doctors for the customers
 
 Build and maintain positive relationships with customers
 
 Follow Customer's treatment schedule, connect customers with the doctor and assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
 
 Responsible for developing and implementing new marketing and strategies
 
 Prepare all necessary documents to sign a contract/invoice with the customer (if any)
 
 Track and promote payments
 
 Report and update the health status of customers to the specialist doctor
 
 Cooperate with other departments to complete the work involved

 Minimum Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy preferred.
 
 3 years experience in working as a consultant, sales staff at clinics, hospitals
 
 Proven success in sales; especially in medical/healthcare service
 
 Can communicate well in English.
 
 Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
 
 Good sales skills and ability to negotiate and persuade customers
 
 Computer skills.
 
 Ability to work in groups or work individually;
 
 Hard work, patience and self-advocacy, high sense of responsibility, confidence
 
 Perform other tasks as required by the Head of Clinic
 
 Friendly and able to make a good impression on customers
