Our client is a top-notch company specialized in manufacturing, who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.

Vietnamese:

• Chủ động báo cáo đầy đủ và kịp thời cho thợ máy hoặc giám sát viên tất cả các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến quá trình gia công và sản xuất.
  

• Thực hiện kiểm tra tổng thể máy móc theo hướng dẫn và ký xác nhận vào “Danh sách kiểm tra hàng ngày” trước khi bắt đầu công việc.
  

• Hoàn thành phiếu báo cáo kiểm tra với đầy đủ thông tin theo yêu cầu, đảm bảo độ chính xác.
  

• Đối chiếu và kiểm tra các thông số kỹ thuật của máy dựa trên bảng “Bàn giao ca” cũng như nhiệm vụ cụ thể trong ca làm việc.
  

• Triển khai công việc đúng theo nội dung đã được giao trong “Lệnh công việc,” tuân thủ quy trình kỹ thuật và tiêu chuẩn chất lượng.
  

• Luôn giữ gìn sự sạch sẽ và gọn gàng cho toàn bộ khu vực làm việc, bao gồm máy móc, dụng cụ và môi trường xung quanh.
  

• Ghi lại đầy đủ quá trình lắp đặt, vận hành vào “Biên bản bàn giao ca” và lập báo cáo tổng kết sau khi kết thúc ca làm việc.
  

• Luôn tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về an toàn lao động để đảm bảo an toàn cho bản thân và những người xung quanh.
  

• Phân loại rõ ràng, chính xác giữa sản phẩm hoàn thiện đạt yêu cầu và sản phẩm không đạt chất lượng.
  

• Trước khi chuyển sản phẩm sang công đoạn tiếp theo, cần phun lớp dầu chống bám bẩn hoặc gỉ sét để bảo vệ bề mặt sản phẩm.
  

• Sẵn sàng thực hiện các công việc khác được cấp trên hoặc quản lý phân công trong phạm vi công việc.
  

English: 

• Proactively report all machining and production-related issues in a timely and detailed manner to the machinist or supervisor.
  

• Conduct a full machine check in accordance with standard procedures and sign off the “Daily Checklist” before starting any operations.
  

• Complete the inspection report form with accurate and comprehensive information, ensuring all required fields are properly filled.
  

• Verify machine settings and parameters based on the “Shift Handover” sheet and the specific tasks assigned during the shift.
  

• Execute assigned tasks as outlined in the “Work Order,” strictly following technical guidelines and quality standards.
  

• Consistently maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including machinery, tools, and the surrounding workspace.
  

• Record all installation and operational details in the “Shift Handover” log and submit a full report at the end of each shift.
  

• Adhere strictly to personal safety protocols and occupational health regulations at all times.
  

• Clearly distinguish and separate finished products that meet specifications from nonconforming or defective items.
  

• Before advancing the product to the next processing stage, apply an anti-rust or antifouling oil to ensure surface protection.
  

• Be prepared to carry out additional duties or tasks as assigned by management, within the scope of the role.
  

Requirements

Vietnamese:

• Đã tốt nghiệp ít nhất bậc Trung cấp chuyên ngành kỹ thuật hoặc có trình độ tương đương.
  

• Có tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm thực tế trong việc thiết lập và vận hành máy tiện CNC trong môi trường sản xuất.
  

• Có khả năng đọc hiểu thành thạo bản vẽ kỹ thuật và diễn giải chính xác các thông số kỹ thuật liên quan đến quá trình gia công.
  

• Thành thạo trong việc lắp đặt và cân chỉnh đồ gá, dụng cụ cắt gọt để đảm bảo độ chính xác trong gia công.
  

• Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng thành thạo các dụng cụ đo lường cơ bản như panme ngoài, panme đo lỗ, thước cặp, thước đo độ sâu và các thiết bị đo kiểm tương tự.
  

English:

• Possess a minimum of a Technical Vocational School diploma or an equivalent qualification in a relevant engineering or mechanical field.
  

• Have at least 2 years of practical experience in setting up and operating CNC Turning machines within a manufacturing or production environment.
  

• Demonstrated ability to accurately interpret technical drawings and understand machining specifications and tolerances.
  

• Skilled in configuring and installing fixtures, jigs, and cutting tools to meet job-specific requirements with precision.
  

• Proficient in using standard measurement and inspection tools, including but not limited to OD micrometers, bore micrometers, calipers, depth gauges, and other related instruments.
