- As a Communication Marketing Executive of a brand with new journey for positioning brand name in cosmetics industry, you need to take responsibility to innovate and execute online and offline branding activities to enhance brand performance.

Principal Accountabilities
1. Digital communication development and platform management
- Build and implement 360o communication action plan periodically (media buy, KOL, online/offline press…) to develop, re-build, maintain, and enhance brand position in consumer's minds.
- Execute communication action plans and monitor performance results.
- Plan and manage monthly contents of brands websites and social media channels to build a strong sincere brand identity.
- Report monthly creative and media result as well as competitors’ advertisement activities.
- Liaise with media / KOLs to provide press releases, PR news / contents / images to promote brand products.
- Create product contents and infographic for new launches.
2. Online CS management / Product and ads licensing
- Manage customer inquiries on brand website / brand official social media channel.
- Work with Ops Team to track and get product and ads license for Brand.
- Manage administration tasks for Marketing Team.
3. Digital campaign / event / paid media management / content marketing
- Conduct innovative paid editorial/advertorial content.
- Coordinate and support digital campaigns for major launches and/or brand initiatives.
- Develop ideas to create online traffic and on-offline link events.
- Develop new ideas to maximize digital and social media exposures for Brand.
4. Working relations with internal/external partners
- Create and leverage network with digital/social influencers.
- Manage key stakeholders; build long term good relationships (Media / Influencers / Bloggers / VIP customers) to maximize brand awareness.
5. COMM budget management and KPI-setting
- Control digital marketing communication budget by activities and manage efficiency of each campaign results.
- Allocate and manage marketing budget for monthly, quarterly and yearly activities; follow marketing calendar.
6. Planning and reporting
- Work closely with Brand Team to create, implement and evaluate executional marketing plan based on regional and local strategy.
- Work closely with marketing agencies to implement communication campaigns.
- Conduct monthly MC report to HQ, RHQ and Managers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualification and experience:
- Education: at least Bachelor Degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Communication.
- English: business level.
- Computing: MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- 2+ years of digital marketing experience in Cosmetics / FMCG industry (must).
- Strong in content creation enhanced by good sense of creativity as well as the ability to catch up with new trends and quickly adapt to Brand.
- Having sound knowledge about SNS management and/or network with media / KOLs is much preferable.
- Having some graphic design skills is a big plus.

- Deep interest and passion for cosmetics and beauty.
- Able to execute and measure campaign performances.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with professional and positive working attitude.
- Personality: result-oriented, open-minded, proactive, diligent.
