  1. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/ vendors for the flawless execution of construction projects. (20%)
  2. Manage defect works, additional works, coordination with Operation team & contractors to complete assigned works to ensure good operation of existing Shopping Malls. (25%)
  3. Carry out tasks to build new Shopping Malls or renovate existing Shopping Malls (i.e. managing cost, schedule, design, quality...). (25%)
  4. Support other departments (i.e. Leasing, Operation...) with technical issues related to construction (building inspection, tenant handbook, rules...). (20%)
  5. Other duties assigned by managers. (10%)

  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Construction, Architect, MEP or equivalent.
  
  Required language(s): English.
  
  Required skills: AutoCAD, MS Office + Project, soft skills (communication, teamwork, problem solving, planning).
  
  At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  
  Applicants must be willing to take frequent business trips as required by projects.
