Planning budget for training PG & PG Team leader of MT channel by quarterly, annually in Hanoi and North. Training plan, in collaboration with departments to implement the Company's training activities. Provide selling tips and link-selling skills of new and existing products for PG to enhance sales performance. Frequent go site checking to ensure field coaching supporting sales strategies. Managing and developing training curriculum in accordance with staff needs. Directly involved in teaching selling skills & product knowledge. Proposing appropriate training programs to improve practical working skills for staff. Combining short-term training centers to organize training to improve skills for the management team. Monitoring, checking, evaluating and reporting on training results. Random field check, role play combine evaluating performance of PG in each region & special in activity campaign. Conducting surveys and analyzing training needs of sales department, especially MT channel.
