How you will make an impact in this role:

We are looking for an exceptional Finance Director who will provide strategic and financial guidance to ensure that the company's financial commitments are met, developing all necessary policies and procedures to ensure sound financial management and control of the company's business.

What you will do

• Directing financial planning and strategy


• Coordinating with and assisting the Group finance director and CFO with group reporting responsibilities.


• Analyzing and reporting on financial performance


• Overseeing audit and tax functions for two entities in Vietnam


• Developing and implementing accounting policies


• Preparing forecasts and comprehensive budgets.


• Reviewing departmental budgets and managing internal controls.


• Analyzing complex financial data & assessing, managing, and minimizing risk


• Team recruitment, training, and culture cultivation

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/ Finance.


• 8-10 years of accounting or auditing experience, with a minimum of 3 years as Assistant Financial Controller / Chief Accountant. Big 4 Audit experience preferred.


• Excellent presentation skills, in-depth knowledge of risk management methods


• Strong organizational, planning, strategic, analytical, problem-solving, management, and leadership skills that include being proactive and visionary


• Strong technical understanding of fund accounting, budgeting, and computerized accounting systems


• Strong knowledge of VAS, Financial and Statistical Analysis, Tax, and Legal Regulations.


• Able to work under high pressure, self-motivated, detail & results-oriented.


• Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced and changing business environment


• Ability to remain flexible, adaptable, open-minded, and service mind oriented


• Good management skills including people management skills


• Ability to motivate and lead staff
