Job Description - Distributor Management Manager (Sales Manager - Mảng Nước giặt xả, bánh kẹo)

Job Description:

1. Distributor Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to foster trust and collaboration.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for distributors to address concerns, provide support, and facilitate communication with internal teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to align distributor operations with company objectives.

2. Sales and Revenue Management:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within assigned territories.
  • Monitor distributor sales performance and provide guidance to improve market coverage and penetration.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for growth.

3. Distribution Network Optimization:

  • Assess the performance of the distribution network and recommend improvements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Optimize inventory levels, order processing, and logistics in collaboration with supply chain teams.
  • Identify and onboard new distributors where necessary to enhance market reach.

4. Training and Development:

  • Train and mentor distributor teams on company products, sales strategies, and operational standards.
  • Organize regular training sessions to ensure distributors are well-equipped to meet market demands.

5. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure distributors comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of distributor performance, sales activities, and market trends.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on distribution performance to senior management.

Job requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years in sales, distribution management, or a related role. Experience in FMCG, retail, or a similar industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
    • Knowledge of distribution systems, logistics, and inventory management.
