Base Salary: Up to 100M VND gross/month
Work Setup: Hybrid in HCMC office with travel to assigned provinces (travel allowance provided)

Role Overview
The Distributor Management Manager plays a pivotal role in driving sales growth and ensuring the efficiency of the company’s distribution network. You will oversee relationships with distributors, optimize distribution processes, onboard new partners, and contribute to the company’s expansion in the Cleancare/Homecare and FMCG markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Distributor Management: Build and maintain strong distributor relationships, negotiate agreements, and act as the main liaison for communication and support.
- Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies, monitor distributor performance, and analyze data to drive revenue and market penetration.
- Network Optimization: Assess and enhance distribution efficiency, onboard new distributors, and collaborate with supply chain teams on inventory and logistics.
- Training & Development: Train distributor teams on products, sales strategies, and company standards through regular sessions.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure distributor adherence to policies, maintain detailed records, and present performance reports to management.
QualificationsEducation:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
Experience:
- 5–7 years of experience in sales, distribution management, or related roles in FMCG, retail, or Cleancare/Homecare products.
- Experience selling Cleancare/Homecare products (e.g., laundry detergent).
- Proven track record of onboarding distributors and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong existing network of distributors in the Laundry, Cleaning, and general product categories, especially in the Southeast and Mekong regions.

- Deep knowledge of distribution systems, logistics, and inventory management.

- Adaptability to dynamic market conditions.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in English (nice to have; support from a translator available).
