General Manager (Vietnam)

We seek a passionate leader to take charge of MGID’s native advertising business in Vietnam. As General Manager, you will have a crucial mission to scale the business, find the perfect match between demand and supply partners, and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Participate in global business strategy formulation and develop a winning strategy for the Vietnamese market to achieve expected revenue growth
  

• Lead the regional business strategy implementation, decompose strategic goals, define and prioritize operational objectives, and ensure deliverables align with corporate goals and budget

• Conduct performance analysis to create projections, planning, and growth models

• Advise on prioritizing or customizing the existing platform to meet the local market's needs and requirements

• Develop and maintain close and effective relationships and networks with both existing and potential new clients in the region

• Be responsible for business development, ensuring revenue and margin growth

• Manage quarterly planning and profit increase, enhancing business metrics and performance

• Possess excellent negotiation skills and a deep understanding of the advertising market and its growth potential in Vietnam

• Understand the competitive landscape, identifying strengths and weaknesses of competitors

• Apply analytical and business-oriented thinking to drive strategic decisions
