Job Description - Head of Influencer Marketing, Vietnam

Job Descriptions: 



  • Lead Vero’s Influencer and KOL relations team.  



  • Hire and manage Influencer relations experts 



  • Elevate Vero’s knowledge and expertise in engaging with Influencers on behalf of brands and organizations in Vietnam 



  • Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience by working from a brief and generating ideas to present to clients. 



  • Collaborate with clients and account teams to comprehend their business objectives and communication strategies. 



  • Collaborate with other teams in developing IMC and marketing plans, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities. 



  • Produce fresh, innovative work that translates complex ideas into digital experiences for visually sophisticated audiences. 



  • Revise content and presentations, approve or reject ideas, and provide feedback to the team. 



  • Collaborate with the account services team to obtain knowledge of the client’s requirements and translate strategies into a visual language that resonates with the target audience and expresses brand equity. 



  • Provide day-to-day support for all influencer activities, including managing influencer databases and utilizing data-driven methods for influencer identification 



  • Conduct thorough analysis of influencer profiles to ensure alignment with brand values and objectives, providing relevant insights to support decision-making 



  • Collaborate closely with the Influencer and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic planning team to identify suitable influencers through insightful analysis 



  • Integrate data gathered from various social media channels and analytics tools to create comprehensive reports for evaluation and strategic planning purposes 



  • Manage communication with influencers throughout the duration of campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and timely completion including contract and work agreements negotiations 



  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with influencers through key programs and investments.  



  • Review the content draft, Caption, and proof of the KOLs and influencer work regarding the client’s objective before publishing.  



  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of influencer partnerships, analyzing metrics and  



  • Manage and guide junior team members in delivering creative ideas, strategies, and content that align with clients' requirements. 



  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing to continuously improve strategies and initiatives 



JOB REQUIREMENTS 



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field;   



  • At least 6-8 years of experience in influencer marketing, public relations, or digital marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns and team leadership. 



  • Proven experience in managing a team, with the ability to mentor and develop junior staff. 



  • Passionate about influencer marketing and staying ahead of industry trends,  

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving goals. 

  • Proficiency in analyzing data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of influencer campaigns and make data-driven decisions. 




    • Creative and innovative, with a strong ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table. 







            • Ethical and professional, with a strong sense of responsibility towards both clients and influencers. 


             


            TRAVEL AND PLACE OF WORK   


            Work Location: Your primary work location will be at the Vero SuperCampus in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where the inspiring city views create an environment conducive to creativity and productivity. Occasionally, the Company may require you to work from other locations, and any additional expenses incurred will be reimbursed accordingly.

            • Health Insurance: The Company will provide a private medical insurance as a benefit. The actual package and structure of the insurance may be determined by the Company and at its sole discretion. 



            • Mental Health Budget: We understand the importance of access to proper mental health support; all our employees can access a minimum budget of $500 USD per year for therapy with internationally trained psychologists. The access to this budget and the content of your therapy are 100% confidential, only you and your therapist know what is being said during sessions, of course.
