Meeting & Event Sales Executive (National Under Local Contract)

 
  Job Description 
 
  
 
  Sales: 
 
 · Taking responsibility for Site inspection
 
 · Following up the contracts (receiving the contract from Sales/guests & submitting to so DOSM to sign, doing stamp on it & sending it back to Sales/ guests..).
 
 · Supporting Meeting & Event Sales Manager to make the Banquet Event Order for small & simple events/meetings to send all departments, to take care of any requirements (set-up style, menu, …) from Mice groups.
 
 · Supporting Head sales from HCM /HN to check any requests with operation teams & block functions on Banquet Forecast, sending daily report to Sales team
 
  Event: 
 
 Work closely with Food and Beverage Department to:
 
 · Ensure everything is in order during the event planning process.
 
 · Manage all event set up, tear down and follow-up processes.
 
 · Maintain event budgets.
 
 · Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
 
 · Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
 
 
  Work Experience  
 
  Knowledge and Experience 
 
 · Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management / Events Management
 
 · Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity
 
 · Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
 
 · Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint

 · Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
